I’ve been a huge fan of CCleaner for a long time. Long before the slight name change, back when it was “Crap Cleaner”. I’ve recommended to lots of people when they’ve had computer issues or when doing a clean install of Windows and I still use it on a regular basis.

I found a nice write-up about it over at How-to Geek where they go through and clearly describe and explain CCleaner’s many features.

The Walking Dead

Played a lot more of this The Walking Dead game tonight and I’m really digging it and finding it to be a lot of fun. Can’t wait for the other episodes to release.

Worked a little more on the drawing I mentioned earlier. Still have a little ways to go, but I’m getting there. I’m going try and post a little bit of it in the next day or two.

Something I have to ask…how does anyone find those new Fiats attractive enough to purchase. I saw one of them again today and I still think they are, by far, the most ugly and blah cars I’ve ever seen. Even in the big 3′s worst days they were able to make something that looked neat (for the most part). I don’t get the appeal.

Lots of Stuff and Not Enough Time

So I’ve been trying to finish up a drawing I started a few weeks ago, but I’ve been busy almost every night the past couple weeks and just can’t get enough time to finish it. Maybe this weekend, I hope.

Started softball and hurt my heel the first week. A sign of getting old I suppose. Use to be just my knee would bother me. I twisted and tore it up when I was 18 and it’s bothered me ever since, but as long as I use my “serious” knee brace I’m usually safe.

Played a little bit of The Walking Dead game on the PlayStation 3. Gotta say that I’ve liked what I’ve played so far. I like the art style, very comic book-esq. A little creepy too.

That’s all for now. Just thought I’d update with something so it doesn’t appear that I’ve vanished again, as in the past.

Mass Effect 2 Miranda Drawing

The Mass Effect series, from Bioware, is one of my favorite video game series around and for whatever reason, I started doodling at lunch one day and started this drawing of the Miranda character.

I’m not the most talented artist, not by a long shot, so there were a lot of failed attempts before this version. Many times I thought I had something great, took a break for a few days, only to come back and be disappointed in it and start over.

I’ve tried doing other drawings of the some of the other characters, but as of yet, none of them have turned out nearly this good. Eventually, if I can find them, I will scan and add some of the earlier versions of this drawing.

Overall, I’m pretty happy with it and feel like its one of the best drawings I have done of a person.

Alrighty, it’s time for me to update the site and hopefully stick to it.

This is just a temporary theme for the site, and that will slowly change as I mess around and figure out something I like.

More Website Work

Had a meeting last week with a new website client. Things went pretty well and I have started designing the site, I’m just waiting to get some photos from them to use on the site.

As much as I enjoy doing them, I’m glad I’m only getting these website design jobs a little at a time. Gives me time to spend with each one and keeps me from getting burned out with them.

Now I’m off to play a little Killzone 3 multi-player. Fun game.

Added My Resume…..Finally

Yep, I finally got around to adding my resume. That’s one thing down and a whole mess to go here. Just been busy, between work and everything else I have going on, I just don’t get as much time.

I’m working on some more drawings. I’ve got several of them in the final stages, but that’s when I think of something else and start messing with that. Need to just sit down with each of these drawings and finish them up.

After a little work, I got the navigation bar to almost work how I want it to. Still got a couple more things I’d like to do with it, but it’ll do for now. It should have rounded corners on each button when you mouse over them; Firefox looks to be the only ‘major’ browser that doesn’t seem to want to work with the border radius call. I’m sure there’s a way to do it and I’ll get to it this weekend. Need to play a little Mass Effect 2 on PlayStation 3 now….

As you can tell, I’ve done a little work on the new theme for the site. Still a work in progress, but a good start I think. Took about a whole day to get something I’m happy with (for now at least), but I still need to settle on the placement of everything now. Then it’s on to filling the pages up with stuff.

As you can see, I’ve switched to WordPress here. There’s a couple reasons for it, but mostly because I’m trying to get familiar with it.

I’m sure the site will change a lot and, at times, very often as I mess with things. Don’t be shocked if you stop by and see something completely ugly or out of whack with the rest of the site.
